The MediaFire link (http://www.mediafire.com/?wkziaqnwmmg) to the IkutoMS client file works just fine for myself. Any specific error that you are receiving? Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off and your firewall accepts downloads.

I occasionally have issues with mediafire as well.
I didn't have trouble with IkutoMS , but would it be possible to offer a rapidshare download link? or possibly filefront?
